Where Do We Go From Here

In this music video project, I had the opportunity to contribute as both an Assistant Camera and Gaffer, collaborating closely with director Bruce Tetsuya on a visually captivating piece for local Denver artist Adiel Mitchel. Adiel’s ethereal piano composition provided the perfect soundtrack for a dream-like narrative, set in a field of tall, dead grass. The haunting yet serene presence of Adiel is at the center of the video, where the atmosphere is meticulously crafted through the interplay of light and shadow. Working alongside the cinematography team as Assistant Camera, I helped ensure the precise composition of each shot, while as Gaffer, I contributed to shaping the lighting to create a soft, atmospheric glow that mirrored the introspective nature of the music. The result is a seamless fusion of sound and image, guided by Bruce Tetsuya's visionary direction, that evokes both beauty and introspection.
